(1) If the situation as per Section 10 of the Act occurs or is likely to occur: The victim may request assistance from the nearest police office, district police office or district administration office for protection.
(2) If the victim requests protection according to sub-rule (1), the concerned police office or district administration office shall make appropriate arrangements for the protection of the victim based on the security challenge.
